Description

This framework is for the provision of legal services for all the public sector, including but not limited to Local and Regional Government, Health, Education, Infrastructure, Emergency Services, Central Government and Third Sector organisations. This framework covers a wide spectrum of legal specialisms, including, but not limited to, commercial and contracts, property, real estate and construction, litigation and dispute resolution, PPP (public-private partnership), projects, employment, public procurement, social housing, infrastructure, transport and rail, health and social care, and costs law.
