Description
Procurement of one nephelometer with an option for a further two to Avdeling for Medisinsk Biokjemi (the Department of Medical Biochemistry). This is analyses with a low volume that either is not available on other platforms or that is not suitable for analysing in regular routines on a standard biochemistry platform. The instrument is currently used to analyse free light immunoglobulin chains (kappa and lambda - reagents from The Binding Site), beta-trace, IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4), beta2-microglobulin, prealbumin, ceruloplasmin and orosomucoid.
