Framework agreement - Sequencing library kit of genomic bacterial DNA for whole genome sequencing - FHI

Description

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health uses WGS for the characterisation and monitoring of various agents that are part of the reference function. The unit for NGS (next generation sequencing) at the department of bacteriology at the section for infection control is responsible for bacterial whole genome sequencing (WGS) using "Short-read" sequencers from Illumina. NIPH would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for a sequencing library kit of genomic bacterial DNA for whole-genome sequencing. The contract duration is 2 years with an option for 1+1 year.
