The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (NDLO), Strategic Procurements, category Petrolums, Oils and Lubricants (POL) is announcing a dynamic purchasing system for Urea, where we will hold a restricted tender with qualification of suppliers for the procurement of Urea for use cleaning gases from exhaust from marine engines (ship engines) that use Marine Gas Oil. Lot 1: After the first round of qualification of suppliers, a mini-competition will be held. All the qualified suppliers will receive an offer to participate in the competition. The application deadline for qualification in the first round is 02 May 2022 at 23:59. A mini-competition will be sent out after the qualification scheme in the first round is in place. Negotiations will not be allowed in mini-competitions, which will be held via electronic communication. After the first mini-competition has been held, the dynamic purchasing system will open for the qualification of more suppliers. Suppliers can qualify throughout the entire dynamic purchasing system's duration, and there is no limitation on the number of suppliers that can qualify and receive tender enquiries.
