Description

Commvault Cloud Backup & Recovery Software Lot 1: The procurement relates to the provision of Commvault Cloud data protection solutions, including backup and recovery software and associated infrastructure components. The scope covers cloud-based backup and recovery services for front‑end data capacity and virtual machine environments, delivered under a subscription model with upfront payment. The contract also includes Commvault Cloud Hyperscale X reference architecture to support resilient, scalable backup infrastructure, alongside the required CommCell management environment. The services provide enterprise‑grade data protection, recovery, and management capabilities across the organisation’s virtual and cloud workloads. The subscription term covers defined start and end dates within the contract period and supports the continued operation, protection, and recoverability of critical systems in line with organisational information governance and resilience requirements.
