Description

This is a notification of the intention of the courts service to procure maintenance, support and installation services of video conferencing, video evidence display and associated services. The service provision will include the below services: — service desk services, — service management services, — hardware and software support services, — on site and remote support services, — DMS and gateway support services, — edge protection services, — cloud based VC services. In the previous such procurement, the tender comprised 2 lots as follows: Lot 1: Maintenance, Support and Installation Services @ Criminal Courts of Justice, Parkgate St Dublin 7; Lot 2: Maintenance, Support and Installation Services @ Regional Sites. The breakout into lots for the upcoming tender has not been finalised yet and may not match the previous procurement.
