***PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE*** ***PLEASE NOTE: The Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire can be accessed in the Cft Documents area*** The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier for the provision of a comprehensive Managed Uniform Service. To inform same, the PSNI is undertaking this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise. The purpose of the PME is to understand the extent of Suppliers in the ‘Managed Uniform Service’ market and what their capabilities are with regard to delivering the required scope of services. At this stage, any information gathered through this Exercise will inform internal business planning and any possible subsequent procurement process and will NOT be appraised in any future tender evaluation exercise. For the avoidance of doubt, this is the scoping phase and is not part of a formal procurement process. PSNI will undertake a supplier event as part of the preliminary market engagement exercise. The purpose of this event is to provide potential suppliers with an overview of the current services and allow them to view current products supplied to PSNI. This event will take place on 24 October 2025 between 14:00 – 16:00. Suppliers wishing to attend the event will be required to confirm attendance and provide details of attendees via the eTendersNI messaging portal by 20 October 2025. Completed Questionnaires must be returned via the messaging system by 4 November 2025.
