Description
The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with a debt collection agency. The contract will only apply to the follow-up of new demands that are invoiced from TRFK from 01.07.2022. Previous demands are with the old contract partner and will not be transferred to the new contract. First reminders are sent out by TRFK. The new debt collection agency will take on the follow-up and collection of cases that are still due after this.
