1033058 National procurement of collection agency services

Description

The contracting authority would like to receive tenders for collection agency services Lot 1: A new framework agreement for collection services shall be established on behalf of the four regional health authorities: the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, the Western Norway Regional Health Authority, the Central Norway Regional Health Authority, and the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority. A large part of the collections includes users of our health care services. Essentially the collections applies to follow-up of patient charges and patient treatment. To a lesser extend there are collections in other areas such as e.g. refunds, hire and some sales of goods and services. The contract includes both national and foreign collections.
