IDA Ireland wishes to establish a Single Party Framework for the provision of a SaaS Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The purpose of this Competition is to select a suitable service provider to supply, implement and maintain a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) on a software as a service (SaaS) basis, together with ongoing support and maintenance.
