The demolition of the existing School Building and associated siteworks, removal of existing prefabricated buildings, demolition of a single storey former Metal works building located to the South East of the Ceard Scoil (a building listed in the record of protected structures). The construction of a three-storey school building consisting of 20 classrooms, 5 specialist rooms, 4 science laboratories, 2 arts and crafts rooms, home economic room, 3 construction engineering rooms, library, GP hall, MP hall, special needs units, admin offices, pastoral rooms, toilets etc. and other ancillary spaces. All ancillary siteworks comprising the construction of a 111 bay carpark, car/ bus set down area, 4No. ballcourts, football pitch, site boundary treatments and re-configuration work to the adjoining R162 Navan to Kingscourt Road to facilitate safe access and egress.
