Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to employ a suitable qualified and experienced software company to provide a mapping software system capable of mapping TRO’s and drafting up the necessary variation order notice. Perth and Kinross Council require a digital mapping system that will map out each Traffic Regulation Order held by PKC. It is also required to provide the ability for Traffic Regulation Orders to be drafted and processed using the mapping systems.
