Description

Network Rail is undertaking a pre-market engagement exercise to inform the future procurement of Network Rail Physiotherapy and Functional Restoration Programme (FRP) services. The objective is to engage with the market to gather insights on delivery models, service innovation, capacity, and best practice in supporting workforce health, rehabilitation, and return-to-work outcomes through supplier responses to the market engagement questionnaire. This engagement will help shape the scope, commercial strategy, and route to market for a forthcoming procurement, ensuring it reflects current market capabilities and aligns with Network Rail’s evolving requirements. This is not a formal tender exercise at this stage and will not be used to evaluate suppliers; however, participation is strongly encouraged to support the development of a robust, competitive procurement process. All responses to this pre-market engagement must be submitted via the BravoNR eSourcing portal. Suppliers are required to register (if not already registered) and submit their responses in accordance with the instructions provided within the portal. Submissions made outside of BravoNR may not be considered.
