Description
Turnkey contract for Skjønhaugenga welfare housing in Trøgstad municipality. The project includes a new building (area approx. 3 000 m2 gross) and the development of a screened outside area as well as a parking area and the remaining outside plan (total 4 600 m2). Trøgstad municipality shall construct 24 flats for persons with a need for 24-hour health and welfare services in the centre of Skjønhaug in Trøgstad. The building shall have 2 housing wings of 3 storeys, with 12 residential units in each wing. The flats shall be organised as a housing cooperative.
