Construction Works Framework 2023

Description

The University of Manchester wishes to appoint a number of contractors to undertake various types of construction works at the University to include but not limited to; demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping/external works. Works on the Construction Works Framework will let under four lots of ranging values from £1 up to £20,000,000. In order to appoint a suitable supplier for this purchase we performed a competitive tender under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No. 102) using the Restricted Procedure. Lot 1: Values up to £499,999 Various types of construction works at the University with values up to £499,999 Lot 2: Values between to £500,000 - £1,499,999 Various types of construction works at the University with values between £500,000 - £1,499,999 Lot 3: Values between £1,500,000 - £4,999,999 Various types of construction works at the University with values between £1,500,000 - £4,999,999 Lot 4: Values between £5,000,000 - £20,000,000 Various types of construction works at the University with values between £5,000,000 - £20,000,000
