Tromsø kommune [Tromsø municipality will enter into a new framework agreement for office furniture, school furniture and institution furniture (with the exception of beds, bedside table, bed equipment, mattresses, etc.). The furniture groups are divided into individual lots, and it is possible to submit tenders for one or more of these lots. Tromsø Municipality will sign a contract with one tenderer per sub-contract. The users of the contract will be Tromsø municipality, including entities, sections, municipal companies, etc. Tromsø Havn KF [the Port of Tromsø] will participate in the lot for office furniture and have an estimated consumption of approx. NOK 200 000 in 2020. Karlsøy municipality will participate in this contract. The estimated volume of each of the lots does not include Karlsøy municipality. Projects implemented by the contracting authority will also be able to use this framework agreement. In this context, this could cause the estimated value of the lots to be affected. Projects means decoration of premises, new construction, renovation, etc. Tromsø municipality requests tenders for office furniture in accordance with the price form and other tender documents. The contract for office furniture has a stipulated volume of approx. NOK 5 million per year, totalling approx. NOK 20 million throughout the entire contract period of 4 years. The contracting authority makes reservations about the estimated value of the contract, as call-offs in this area will largely depend on the municipality's investment program as well as the units' needs and budget situation. Tromsø Havn KF will participate in this lot. The estimated annual consumption is around NOK 200 000 for the budget year 2020. Tromsø municipality requests tenders for school furniture in accordance with the price form and other tender documents. The contract for school furniture has a stipulated volume of approx. NOK 2 million per year, totalling approx. NOK 8 million over the entire contract period of 4 years. The contracting authority makes reservations about the estimated value of the contract, as call-offs in this area will largely depend on the municipality's investment program as well as the units' needs and budget situation. Tromsø municipality requests tenders for institution furniture in accordance with price forms and other competition documents. The contract for institution furniture has a stipulated volume of approx. NOK 500 000 per year, totalling approx. NOK 2 million over the entire contract period of 4 years. The contracting authority makes reservations about the estimated value of the contract, as call-offs in this area will largely depend on the municipality's investment program as well as the units' needs and budget situation.
