Scotland Energy Efficiency Framework

Description

The current EESSH 2 Framework Agreement, which applies only to Scotland, expires in November 2025. It currently covers: - EPCs, EESSH Modelling, Feasibility, Funding and Energy Efficiency Consultancy - On Gas Servicing - Off Gas Servicing - Heating Installations - Renewables Installations - Land and Environmental Surveys - Metering and Billing - Whole Property Retrofit Lot 1: The current Energy Efficiency Standard in Social Housing 2 (EESSH2) framework is due to expire in November 2025. The Scotland Energy Efficiency Framework will be procured in 2025 to replace this framework. It is anticipated that the future framework will be divided into lots, depending on the outcome of market engagement. PfH wishes to engage with suitably experienced and qualified suppliers in order to support the development of the strategy for the replacement framework. Engagement with SMEs will be particularly welcomed, as well as with larger established companies.
