Expression of Interest for a Commercial Catering Opportunity

Chesterfield Borough Council is currently refurbishing the Stephenson Memorial Hall on Corporation Street, Chesterfield. When all works have been complete this building will contain a theatre, and a museum, and a new café. The Council is welcoming expression of interest from anyone who would be interested in a commercial catering opportunity and would like to be considered for a lease to operate the new café when Stephenson Memorial Hall reopens to the public. As part of this process the Council is holding a site visit to give potential contractors the opportunity to view the commercial space that is available and to speak to the service manager for further information and ask any questions. These site visits will be on Thursday 13th February 2025.
