Fusion21 Construction Works and potentially Modular Build Frameworks PIN

Fusion21 is looking to renew their current Construction Works Framework which expires in March 2023 and thereafter launch a new Framework. It is expected that the new framework shall be split into Lots, the scope of which is to be defined at a later stage. This PIN Notice is being used to engage with the market to support Fusion21 in shaping the new framework, ensuring it is fit for the marketplace over the next 4 years. Lot 1: Summary of potential scope is outlined below, please note that this is not a full list - simply indicative: - low value / none-complex refurbishments internal & external - mid range value / high value and complex refurbishments internal & external - building alterations internal & external - new build - potentially modular building lot(s) - Decent Homes Retrofits - Building Safety Regulations - Roofing approved contractors Additional information: Fusion21 are looking to ensure a range of sectors i.e. Housing, Health, Education and Wider Public Organisations will sit within sub-lots to each lot that is available, there will also be value ranges assigned to the sub-lots to encourage all types of bidders i.e. SMEs to compete.
