Lift maintenance to ensure that Newlon lift systems operate with the utmost efficiency, effectiveness, availability and safety. Lot 1: A 3-year contract whereby, the Contractor undertakes to carry out all and any Lift Maintenance, Breakdowns or Repairs which may be or become necessary, including providing an emergency 24-hour call centre and a 24-hour Breakdown attendance service.
