Description

Fire compartment surveys and remedial works across all floors at its Keppel Street site located in WC1E 7HT. All issues including where pipework or cables have been run through fire compartments shall be identified and remediated. Following completion of the remedial works maintenance services to be supplied annually, consisting of an annual survey and ad-hoc fire stopping remedial works. Initial survey and remedial works to commence early October 2025 and to be completed by the end of 2025 with maintenance services commencing January 2026 for three years. ## Contract award
