Project financing ex art. 183 co. 15 D.Lgs. n. 50/2016, per la progettazione, definitiva (in sede di gara) ed esecutiva per la ristrutturazione, l’adeguamento normativo e la gestione del Centro sportivo comunale di via Buonarroti. Il Costo iniziale dell'intervento risultante dalla studio di fattibilità tecnica-economica approvato con D.G.C. n. 12/2019 e con D.C.C. n. 4/2019 ammonta 2 461 527,00 EUR di cui 2 285 338 EUR per investimento lavori e competenze; 54 189,00 EUR per attrezzature tecniche, immob. immateriali ed 122 000,00 EUR per altre spese professionali.
