Description

Øygarden municipality needs to purchase a system for production of financial plans, annual budgets, business plans, follow-up and quarterly reports and annual reports. We request a complete system where we also can follow up targets, plans, proposals for political decisions and measures. Øygarden municipality needs to purchase a system that can be integrated with the financial system Visma Enterprise. The system shall be used for the following main areas: KOSTRA [Municipal — State — Reports] analyses, population analyses, demographic analyses, budgets, financial plans and financial reports. The system must be a complete system for analyses and business management for the entire organisation. The system must also comply with the municipality's requirements for communication by being able to produce easily understandable and informative budgets and report documents for publication on the Web. Øygarden municipality has been made aware that there is only one company, Framsikt, who can fulfil our system requirements. The municipality therefore intends to sign a contract with this company at 27 May 2020 (12.00) if no objections are made to the contract award. Any objections can be sent to Øygradent municipality via the Mercell portal by 27 May 2020 at 12.00.
