BME EEA 2023-16 Geologist services

Description

Bergen Municipality intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer for geologist services within assessing the avalanche danger in steep terrain, as well as collapsing walls. In ad-hoc cases, Bergen Municipality will first examine the situation with its own staff. The tenderer will be called if there is a need for further examinations. Lot 1: The contract will include assignments for assessing the avalanche danger, as well as for assessing the danger of collapsing walls by geotechnical engineers. The contract also includes stand-by duties for urgent assessments for ad-hoc events. The tenderer will also get assignments to follow-up previous avalanche and protection areas, as well as assist protection contractors with planning protection work.
