Internal works to offices, rooms, changing areas inc. repairs to plaster ceilings/walls, replacement of floor vinyl, wall tiles, ceiling tiles, skirting boards and painting of walls. Repairs to external ramp. Lot 1: The Council intends to release a Contract Notice the week of 18 May 2026, with a Tender Package being released immediately after via Public Contracts Scotland Tender Portal.. Main Contractors and/or Sub-Contractors will be required to provide evidence that they are members of the “Concrete Repair Association.
