Description

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for, and on behalf of, NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group who have commissioned healthcare services for Garden City Medical Practice, within the locality of the North Neighbourhood of Bury. The practice is currently part of the Bury Primary Care Network and has a registered list size of approximately 4 705 patients (as at 1 April 2020). Lot 1: North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership (the Contracting Authority) and under co-commissioning NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group (the Commissioner), who have undertaken a procurement exercise to secure provision of an Alternative Provider Medical Service (APMS) to be delivered from Garden City Practice. The current service has circa 4 700 patients and a Global Sum contract value per annum of circa GBP 436 104 which is based on list size per patient and is exclusive of, but not limited to, the exclusion of QOF, LES, DES and 6 % caretaking fee, rent reimbursement, voluntary levy deduction.
