This Prior Information Notice relates to a tender opportunity that was previously released. Following a review of the project and procurement requirements, the specification and associated requirements, including insurance requirements, have been updated. The opportunity has been republished to reflect these changes. Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced, and competent Consultant to act as Lead Consultant, Conservation Accredited Architect and Principal Designer for a programme of works to repair, refurbish and improve Johnstone Bandstand, Houstoun Square, Johnstone PA5 8DT. The Consultant is required to hold conservation accreditation (to RIAS standard or equivalent) and is required to provide a Design Team consisting of: a quantity surveyor; a structural engineer; and an M&E Engineer.
