Contractors Framework 2019 - 2023 Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway

Description

The Association has identified or will identify potential development opportunities primarily in Ayrshire and Dumfries & Galloway, to be procured between 2019 and 2023. These developments could involve the construction of up to approximately 800 new residential properties and various commercial/ non-housing projects over the next 4 years Lot 1: Smaller Projects (Ayrshire) Projects of up to 25 units, primarily in Ayrshire. Lot 2: Smaller Projects (Dumfries & Galloway) Projects of up to 25 units, primarily in Dumfries & Galloway. Lot 3: Larger Projects (Ayrshire) Projects comprising 25 or more units, primarily in Ayrshire. Lot 4: Larger Projects (Dumfries & Galloway) Projects comprising 25 or more units, primarily in Dumfries & Galloway.
