Air Source Heat Pump Servicing, Repair and Replacement - Call Off Award under the PFH Asset Decarbonisation and Retrofit Solutions DPS

This contract is a call off under the Procurement for Housing (PFH) DPS: Asset Decarbonisation and Retrofit Solutions (2022). The contract covers the servicing, repair and replacement of air source heat pumps across the authority's housing stock. Lot 1: The authority has awarded a call off contract under the PFH Asset Decarbonisation and Retrofit Solutions DPS, for the provision of servicing, repair, and replacement works relating to air source heat pump systems installed within the authority's properties. The contractor will deliver planned and responsive services, including installation of replacement units where required. The contract term is 3 years with two optional 1 year extensions (3+1+1), commencing on 18 May 2026. The total contract value of £420,000 (including VAT) covers the full potential term, inclusive of all extension periods.
