City of Dublin ETB wishes to establish a single party framework for for the supply, installation and maintenance of audio visual equipment for the purpose of: a) providing blended learning environments in its various colleges and centres and: b) meeting its ongoing requirements for A.V. equipment across its schools, colleges, centres and offices. The Contracting Authority is using the restricted procedure for this procurement competition. This is the first stage of this competitive procedure whereby any interested party may submit a response to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) in order to be considered for inclusion on the tender list.
