Customer Engagement Management System additional costs

NGN have a requirement for a web based Connections Portal to allow customers to create, submit, view, amend and track gas connections. Lot 1: tPoint have designed their solution around the creation of a tPoint based website combined with an integration with SAP to eliminate double keying of order data. This contract is for some additional costs to implement the portal for go live.
