Samnanger municipality wants to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for planning and analysing work. Areas involved by the work may e.g. be the following: - Municipal planning and municipal plans/contributory plans - Zoning work as well as zoning plans - Theme plans - Analysing work - Project management - Plan chart, plan review and guidance Quality assurance of ROS analyses - Traffic analyses - Noice reports - Assessments regarding biologic diversity - Cultural monument investigations - Geological investigations - Environmental engineering investigations - Action plans The municipality shall initiate the work on a municipal community plan during the autumn of 2022, as well as zoning work for residential areas at Bjørkheim/Bjelkavika. A revision of the land-use plan will also be initiated in 2023 simultaneously with the revision of ROS. In 2024-2026 the municipality will need revisions of one or several zoning plans. See annex 1: The contracting authority's requirement specification for further information. The maximum value is NOK 5 million.
