DCC Panel for the provision of Event Management Services for Seasonal Arts and Cultural Family Friendly Activations on behalf of the North East Inner City Initiative with less than 5,000 attendees

Description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Panel for the provision of Event Management Services for Seasonal Arts and Cultural Family Friendly Activations and Pop-ups within the public domain including parks, and public spaces, within Dublin’s North East Inner City with less than 5,000 attendees in any one place at any one time. The events are aimed at celebrating and promoting community and cultural cohesion and diversity, and to raise awareness and understanding of these concepts for wider social cohesion within Dublin City. This could include events such as pop-up community events, youth concerts, cultural celebrations and seasonal events such as Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc. Successful Panel members will be required to deliver services in various locations and venue types including Civic Centres and amenities, public open green spaces, community buildings and local parks are examples of locations that may be used, depending on specification of event.
