PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT (PME) NOTIFICATION - This is for a Preliminary market engagement (PME) where THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. However, interest (Expressions of interest) can be registered here, and please refer to the UK2: Preliminary market engagement notice for further details on the Engagement process being undertaken (which includes a Request for Information with associated return deadline, see also below) - see 'https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/042644-2025'. Note: the Expression of interest window may be kept open beyond the published Engagement period to allow for any new Expressions of interest to continue to be completed. PLEASE ACCESS THE MESSAGES AREA/SECTION ON THE ACTIVITY DASHBOARD (ONCE AN EXPRESSION OF INTEREST HAS BEEN COMPLETED) FOR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATIONS FOR THIS PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT, INCLUDING THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) DOCUMENTATION (AND THE RESPONSE DEADLINE). Please refer to all instructions in the Public Messages (accessible once an Expression of interest has ben completed), and any organisation that feels they can contribute should return the RFI Questionnaire via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal by 17:00 (5pm) on 15 August 2025. Note: In case of any further queries/questions on this PME/Opportunity, these MUST also be received via the Messaging facility on this eProcurement Portal only (as also stated below). ESPO are conducting the preliminary market engagement with the intention of establishing an ESPO national framework for the supply and installation of signs including safety signs, corporate signage, road name signs and electronic signs. The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. Suppliers should note that this is a preliminary market engagement exercise (and NOT a competitive tender process at this stage). The participation of a supplier in this preliminary market engagement will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and ESPO. It is anticipated that Suppliers taking part in the preliminary market engagement will not be put at an unfair advantage when bidding for this framework. A supplier's participation, or lack of participation, shall not impact the ability of the supplier to participate in any resulting tender exercise. Suppliers should note that any interest indicated does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.
