Provision of Event Management Services in Luxembourg

The EIF was launching a Call for Tenders to contract dedicated and experienced event management Service Provider to deliver the conceptual and technical event execution and on-site logistical and operational aspects. The scope of this Call for Tender comprises the following (cumulative attributes): • client facing events (i.e. external events only), • where the main objective is fund raising, networking or awareness raising, • taking place in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The target audiences for the events may be (cumulatively or not): • mandators, shareholders, prospective investors • financial intermediaries: banks and private equity funds across Europe • European SME associations and influencers • European SMEs and EU Citizens. The number, style and scale of events to be organized may vary from year to year and may range from a more corporate approach to a “show-style” or a celebratory/award style event. The number of attendees can also range from 10 to +450. Provision of services in the field of Event Management in Luxembourg. The Framework Agreement is subject to the EIF General Terms and Conditions, which will form part of the Framework Agreement as Appendix C. Implementing Contracts will be established under the Framework Agreement whenever an Assignment is required. The Framework Agreement will be signed for an initial period of 2 years with the possibility to be extended thereafter for 2 consecutive 1-year periods, upon the EIF’s discretion (2+1+1). Estimated value of the Framework Agreement - maximum EUR 3 900 000 over four (4) years. According to the Terms of Reference the Framework Agreement shall be awarded to the first two (2) Tenderers with the highest final scores (in descending order), within the limits of the estimated value provided under section 6.6. Since according the results of the evaluation only one Tenderer met the minimum threshold of the Qualitative award criteria and received the highest final score, then the Framework Agreement shall be awarded only to this Tenderer and it will be considered as the Framework Agreement with a single service provider.
