LA2654C UCD RFT for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of a Passthrough Autoclave

Description

Tenders are invited to tender for a Passthrough Autoclave for the Biomedical Facility in University College Dublin. This includes the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of an autoclave with a double door pass through function (passthrough autoclave) for the primary purpose of sterilising all materials, cages and bedding intended for use inside the SPF barrier. It will also be used for sterilising instruments, infectious materials, and wastes. Prior to installation, the retired pass-through autoclave will need to be dismantled, removed, and disposed of by the successful tenderer. The new autoclave will then need to be installed in the same wall opening that separates the extra-barrier area from the barrier area. The installation also includes the work necessary to maintain the containment barrier and partitions - walls and ceilings around the autoclave shall be sealed. A total of two (2) years warranty and full service contract are required with the option to extend for a further three (3) years.
