Services provided by Derby & Derbyshire based Community Optometrists specifically relating to Glaucoma Repeat Readings, OHT & suspected COAG/progression monitoring Service and Post-Operative Cataract Follow-up. Provided within Derby & Derbyshire Optometry practices with aims to reduce impacts on Hospital Eye Services, ensures continuity of provision and treats patients closer to home. Lot 1: To provide a Glaucoma Repeat Readings Services, Community Monitoring for OHT/COAG patients, and Post Operative Cataract Follow up. NHS Derby & Derbyshire ICB are intending to award the contract to the existing provider following Direct Award Process C. The approximate activity will be GRR 970, OHT Monitoring 400 and Post-Op Cataract 2000 consultations. This is an existing service intended to award to an existing provider until 31 March 2028.
