The scope of works for this project consists of the upgrade of the existing main school boiler house and Gym boiler house, complete with 2 number new floor mounted condensing LPG Gas fired boilers, including the associated twin wall flues, single wall stainless steel liner in the masonry chimneys, and all associated circulating pumps, air and dirt separators, isolation, control and regulation valves, pipework and pipework insulation, system fill unit and expansion vessel, 2 number new boiler house control panels and a remote switching panel, New Thermostatic and 2 stage frost protection controls, testing and commissioning, including a new natural gas connection to the school and all associated builder’s attendances and electrical works, etc
