Cleaning services

Description

Tromsø municipality requests tenders for changing cleaning assignments of various duration, and periodical cleaning of the municipality's entities. The cleaning services is administered and carried out primarily by the result unit Fagrent, which describes methods and assortment as well as having control of purchasing consumables, supplies and machines on behalf of Tromsø municipality. Fagrent has an employer responsibility for approx. 140 cleaners, distributed to schools, nursery schools, health and administration building. The County council has approved that cleaning normally shall be carried out during office hours, from Monday to Friday (7.00 — 17.00). Tromsø municipality shall enter into new agreements for additional cleaning services to the municipality's departments and service sites. The agreement will apply to the municipal institutions and departments and deal with sporadic cleaning, daily cleaning and periodical cleaning. Other departments in Tromsø municipality can enter into the framework agreement by purchasing cleaning services that are not administered through Fagrent.
