Provision of new telephone systems for Paragon Housing Association

Description

Renewal of the existing telephone systems including annual support and maintenance at the office of Paragon Housing Association, Grangemouth, Scotland Paragon Housing Association require a new telephone system. Minimum specification required: - 39 x Desk Phones (simply button / display and speed dial buttons) FAX SIP (Paragon HA currently use ISDN) Voicemail (Including the ability for group voicemail) PC / Thin Client software Time for installation and Training The system should also include at as a minimum the following: -  Business continuity/recovery  Caller identification  Extension forwarding to follow person if off site.  Client telephone numbers stored in the system.  Conference calling  On hold music  If unable to access office – divert to multiple lines.  The capacity to be expanded if staff numbers were to increase.  Reporting.
