Framework agreement legal services

Description

The framework agreement includes the provision of legal services in Norway and internationally. The supplier must be able to offer legal services in Norway within the following legal areas: Labour law, contract law, data protection, international arbitration and whistleblowing. Regarding legal services internationally, the supplier must be able to offer legal services in Europe, Africa, North America, South America and Asia/ Oceania/ Australia. The framework agreement take effect the commencement date and is valid for two (2) years. The agreement is then automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time, a maximum of two times, unless it is terminated by the Customer with 3 (three) months' notice before the renewal date. The longest duration is thus a total of four (4) years. The framework agreement is non-exclusive. The customer according to this frame agreement is the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, incl. the foreign missions in the Norwegian Foreign Service. The Norwegian Ministry of Climate and Environment (KLD), the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) and the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec) can also purchase services as customers in accordance with the agreement.
