Description

The University of Cumbria require a resilient SIP service to support Teams Telephony, with cloud-based session border controllers. The SIP service must be designed so that all components are resilient. The bidder must provide the following capacity – 60 active channels. The bidder must be capable of increasing the number of channels / concurrent calls in minimum increments of 1 and within 24 hours of a formal instruction from University of Cumbria. The proposed solution must provide an online portal that allows for management of the SIP service. University of Cumbria requires a robust, cloud-based, omni-channel contact centre solution that delivers seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and supports the full range of contact centre operations.
