Description
This procurement will identify a Bidder or Bidders who will provide medical services (general practice) under APMS contract arrangements at Burnley Practice, Canberra Old Oak Surgery, Mollison Way Surgery and Sudbury Surgery for NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board.<br/><br/>This procurement is divided into for (4) Lots:<br/><br/>- Lot 1: Burnley Practice<br/>- Lot 2: Canberra Old Oak Surgery<br/>- Lot 3: Mollison Way Surgery<br/>- Lot 4: Sudbury Surgery<br/><br/>Each Lot is for an initial period of 5 years with an estimated start date of 1st November 2026. The Relevant Authority may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract Term following expiry of the initial 5-year term by such further period or periods as it determines, up to the maximum aggregate extension periods of 5 years + 5 years.<br/><br/>Full details of the Relevant Authority's requirements are set out in the Invitation to Tender documents.<br/><br/>This procurement is being undertaken in accordance with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Regulation 11, with the intention of awarding a contract following the Competitive Process.<br/><br/>To register your interest, please follow the link below and search for the project reference:<br/><br/>https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome<br/><br/>Project Reference: C444743<br/><br/>The deadline for submitting a response is midday on Monday, 29th June 2026.<br/><br/>North West London Procurement Services (NWLPS) is a Collaborative Procurement Organisation. The Relevant Authority has instructed NWLPS to act as their procurement representative, therefore any communications during the tender process undertaken by NWLPS, is on behalf of the Relevant Authority. All decision regarding the Contract will be made by the Relevant Authority. Lot 1: Lot 1 - Burnley Practice Burnley Practice Y00206 is an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) practice with a registered raw list size of 10,031 as of 1 April 2025. The practice has an open list.<br/><br/>The practice was inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on 23 November 2017 and rated Good overall and in all domains. The CQC rating has kept unchanged following a review of the practice data in July 2023. <br/><br/>Burnley Practice is located at Willesden Centre for Health & Care, Robson Avenue Harlesden NW10 3RY. The practice has a lease in place with NHS Property Services (NHSPS) until 31/03/2029. <br/><br/>The practice is a member of the South K&W Primary Care Network.<br/><br/>The maximum 5 year affordability threshold is £9,304,000. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Canberra Old Oak Surgery Canberra Old Oak Surgery Y02906 is an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) practice with a registered raw list size of 9,914 as of 1 April 2025. The practice has an open list.<br/><br/>The practice was inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) on 2 November 2022 and rated Good overall and in all domains. <br/><br/>Canberra Old Oak Surgery is located at 56 Bloemfontein Road, London, W12 7FG. The premises are managed by Community Health Partnerships Limited under a LIFTCo agreement. The head tenant is Community Health Partnerships Limited (CHP) and there is a lease between CHP and the current incumbent.<br/><br/>Canberra Old Oak Surgery is a core member of North Hammersmith and Fulham Primary Care Network. <br/><br/>The maximum 5 year affordability threshold is £7,965,000. Lot 3: Lot 3 - Mollison Way Surgery Mollison Way Surgery E84075 is an Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) practice with a registered raw list size of 11,761 as of 1 April 2026. The practice has an open list.<br/><br/>The practice overall rating is good and good in every domain following CQC inspection in 2017. The CQC rating has kept unchanged following a review of the practice data in July 2023. <br/><br/>Mollison Way Surgery is located at located at 46 & 45c South Parade, Mollison Way, Harrow, HA8 5QL. The CQC rating has kept unchanged following a review of the practice data in July 2023. <br/><br/>Sudbury Surgery is located at Sudbury Primary Care Centre, Vale Farm, Watford Road Wembley HA0 3HG. The practice has a lease in place with NHS Community Health Partnerships (CHP) until 05/11/2032.<br/><br/>The practice is a member of the Central K&W Primary Care Network.<br/><br/>The maximum 5 year affordability threshold is £7,738,000.
