Description
The Norwegian Communications Authority intends to contract with one tenderer for the purpose of assistance in developing a cost model, or update existing model, based on an LR(A)IC methodology. As part of the assignment, the tender shall independently assess the strengths and weaknesses of various conceptual choices and assist Nkom in evaluating and determining the final conceptual choices for the chosen cost model. The selected tenderer must assist Nkom in developing a cost model that complies with the legal framework, including the relevant EC recommendation(s) and the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC). Commission Recommendation of 6 February 2024 on the regulatory promotion of Gigabit Connectivity, provides guidelines for the conceptual choices to be made.
