The procurement covers the supply, installation, and maintenance of acoustic phone booths designed for secure and confidential communications in office and operational environments. Requirement Overview Procurement of silent phone booths with acoustic insulation and noise reduction capabilities. The booths will provide secure communication spaces for personnel requiring confidential conversations in shared office environments. Supply will include installation support, user training, and ongoing maintenance services to ensure optimal acoustic performance and operational reliability. Require dedicated acoustic phone booths to provide secure, confidential communication spaces for personnel across multiple office locations. These booths must deliver high-quality sound insulation to prevent eavesdropping and external noise interference, enabling secure conversations for sensitive operational, administrative, and personnel matters. The booths must be modular, easy to install, and capable of accommodating standard office telecommunications equipment. They will support compliance with security protocols and enhance operational effectiveness by providing designated secure communication areas. However, applications to join the Unite Procurement Platform will be welcome at any time beyond the initial deadline.
