Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11: Books, E-Books, Standing Orders and Related Materials Print books to participating consortia member libraries. Participating consortia are SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC,LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as contracting authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015.
