Description
The contracting authority wants to sign a framework agreement for the use of technical/digital response centre systems adapted to PCs, PC tablets and smart phones (mobile guard room). The contracting authority also wants to purchase response centre services and hire welfare technological solutions from tenderers, or to connect their own equipment to the tenderer's response centre system. Click here: https://permalink.mercell.com/124041938.aspx For concept clarification, see the concept list on page 12 in IS - 2402 ‘Architecture for welfare technology — recommendation for testing and phases for realisation'. Response centre system The response centre system must receive alarms from welfare technological systems. The majority of the alarms from service recipients will be dealt with by the tenderer. The tenderer must offer health care screening of the notifications before sending them to the municipality for action. Alarms must be received by employees who the contracting authority defines (mobile guard room) from the selected service areas. Welfare technological systems The contracting authority initially wants equipment that the contracting authority currently owns, to be administered by the Response Centre Solution (see list above purchased and hired equipment) if possible. In addition, the contracting authority also wants to hire welfare technological solutions that will function and communicate with the tenderer's response centre system. The contracting authority wants to install and take care of the individual settings at the service recipient for the different welfare technological systems. Initially, the contracting authority thinks it will be appropriate to hire the following systems: — door sensors, — electronic medication support that is suitable for substance abuse patients/psychiatric patients, — electronic medication support self-dosing, — electronic medication support, multi-dose, — GPS, — cameras, — bed sensors, — safety alarms, — medical distance meters. Options — fire alarm, — electronic door locks, — bed mats with absence sensors that can be connected to Best 6500 with large Jackplugg (HiEnd), Implementation and training. Assignments include assisting the contracting authority with the implementation of the response centre system so that the response centre system, response centre service and the welfare technological systems are functioning at the start of production. The implementation includes technical assistance, training and organisational assistance.
