Dublin City Council Multi Party Framework for the Supply, Delivery and Unloading of Top Dressing Sand

Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Multi Party Framework Agreement for the Supply, Delivery and Unloading of Top Dressing Sand. The Framework Agreement will be for a period of four years and will be established with a minimum of three economic operators and a maximum of six economic operators. An initial contract will be awarded to the first ranked Framework Member for a one year period. Subsequent contracts will be awarded via mini competition.
