Description
The Home and Settle Service facilitates early safe hospital discharge for adult residents where the delay is due to their domestic arrangements - meeting them on their arrival home from hospital and settling them back into their home and normal routine. The Service is delivered from the day the resident is discharged for up to four weeks, dependent on need. This tendering exercise is being undertaken using the electronic tendering system “capitalESourcing” (url: www.capitalesourcing.com). Suppliers will need to register an interest on the system in order to participate, and registration is free.
