2022/3884 Framework agreement Freezer/refrigeration room and heat pump - operation and service

Description

Alver municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for service, ongoing maintenance and repairs of the municipality's refrigeration plants, including heat pumps) and dehumidification systems, as well as small scale procurement and installation of air-to-air heat pumps. See Annex 4A Price Sheet for a detailed overview of the plants. Note that this overview is not exhaustive, and that it will change during the contract period. Lot 1: For some of the plants (including dehumidification systems and plants statutory in accordance with the F-gas Regulation) annual service will be relevant, while for other plants service / maintenance will only be requested when needed. This shall be agreed upon in co-operation with the contracting authority after the contract is initiated. The contract does not include sites/installations that are included in the warranty period. However, after the warranty period expires, these plants shall, as a main rule, be included in the contract. Buildings and/or installations can be taken out of use in the contract period, and new buildings and/or installations can be added, so the demand for service and maintenance can vary and change over the course of the framework agreement. The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the disciplines in this framework agreement may be added if needed during the contract period.
